A natural pink opal nugget fixed upon a 20 gauge sterling silver wire.

Ring starts at size 5 1/4, and is somewhat adjustable.  It is meant to fix to a size and be left there, adjustment may require tools.  Too much bending can break silver wire.

Opal nugget is about 15x8mm.
