A faceted agate nugget sets on a 20 gauge sterling silver wire.

Ring starts at size 8, and is somewhat adjustable.  It is meant to fix to a size and be left there, adjustment may require tools.  Too much bending can break silver wire.

Agate is dyed and measures about 17x13mm.
