A forest green nugget of natural apatite is faceted and sets upon a 20 gauge sterling silver wire.

Ring starts at size 5, and is somewhat adjustable.  It is meant to fix to a size and be left there, adjustment may require tools.  Too much bending can break silver wire.

The nuggets is about 20x14mm.
